Lemon thyme, is a Mediterranean herb that has been used for centuries. The aesthetic appeal and the many culinary uses of lemon thyme make is a no-brainer addition when planning or adding to your garden. This aromatic, citrusy herb brings interest and appeal as an excellent and carefree border plant or potted on a sunny patio, providing color with lavender blue flowers. 

Tips for Healthy Lemon thyme:
Plant outdoors in the garden or a container in full sun. Only grow indoors if you have a spot with bright light. Lemon thyme prefers a warm, dry climate, so make sure your soil is well-draining. They don’t demand a lot of water so once every week or two weeks is best. Harvest before the plant blooms in the early summer or pick the lemon lemony leaves from spring until the first frost.

Prune and keep compact to prevent stems from becoming leggy.
