HIS & HER SIGNATURE DRINKS

Wedding guests love sipping signature cocktails, and we have paired two of our favorites for a dynamic combo that rivals all the great love stories.  The French Kiss Martini is an absolute legend with sweet and tropical pineapple blended with elegant raspberry liqueur.  The Louisiana Gentleman is our take on a classic Old Fashioned with a twist and is made with home-grown Louisiana ingredients.

(Hers) The French Kiss Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
Fresh raspberries halved for garnish
Crushed ice

Combine vodka, pineapple juice, and Chambord along with ice in a shaker and vigorously shake until frothy. Strain into martini glass and garnish with raspberry halves.

(His) The Louisiana Gentleman
Ingredients:
½ oz Steen’s Cane Syrup
½ oz Lemon juice
2-3 Shakes of Angostura bitters
2 oz Orange or satsuma juice
2 oz JT Meleck Bourbon
Club soda to top
Pitted cherries
Large ice cube
Satsuma slice for garnish

Combine syrup, juices, bitters, and bourbon in a high ball over a large ice cube. Add two cherries and top off drink with fizzy club soda and stir. Garnish with satsuma slice on rim.
