Vintage Soul Boutique is Monroe’s newest women’s apparel boutique and held their official ribbon cutting on November 5th. The store is owned by Lauren Pauley and managed by Whitney Laffoon. Lauren relocated the store from Columbia and is excited to be a part of the Monroe community. The store is located at the corner of North 18th and Glenmar and offers a variety of women’s clothing, shoes and accessories.
