Small Spaces
Inspired by a magazine, the homeowner transformed their powder room into a haven of sophistication. Collaborating with carpenter Charles Woodall, they installed a striking floating concrete vanity. Ornate wall sconces exude historic charm, while an antique mirror sourced from New Orleans adds a touch of elegance. Margaret Moses’s keen eye helped select the perfect wall paint, completing the room’s refined aesthetic.

Pretty In Pink
At Rumo’s Barber & Salon, owners Morgan and Russell Moore have crafted a vibrant powder room that bursts with personality. The trim boldly flaunts a bright hot pink hue, echoing the lively tones of tropical foliage adorning the wallpaper. A sleek, wall-mounted rectangular sink serves as a contemporary focal point, complemented by a modern backlit mirror overhead. Adding a quirky touch, the original “men” bathroom door finds new life in this vibrant space, seamlessly blending nostalgia with modern. flair.

Marble Marvel
With Margaret Moses’s touch, a magical powder room comes to life. House of Hackney Wallpaper blankets the walls with a vibrant floral display. A custom-fit wall-mounted marble Turkish sink in Calacatta Viola Marble exudes luxury. The tile floor dazzles with an encaustic flower design mosaic, crafted from four marble types. Completing the enchantment, a hand-cast nickel-finished round mirror features delicate twisted twigs with bud details, adding organic elegance to the space.

Neutral Notes
In a quest for elegance, the homeowner partnered with Allen Taylor’s team to craft a custom marble sink with wall-mounted fixtures. An antique mirror from Italy, a ceiling-mounted light fixture with whimsical willow leaves, and a black tile floor with gold inlay from Holton Flooring contribute to the refined ambiance. Local art, including a City of Monroe print by Courtney Wetzel, graces the walls alongside a piece from Material Things. A repurposed glass decanter from Parterre adds a final touch of sophistication atop the sink.
