Oatmeal contains avenanthramides, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that are perfectly suited to treat dry and irritated skin. By combining cooked oatmeal with two tablespoons of honey, this application makes great masks for a variety of skin types. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.
