The Heritage of India Association is putting on a Diwali Festival on November 1 at the Monroe Civic Center- BD Robinson Conference Hall. This is an amazing opportunity for the whole family to enjoy exposure to a culture with a beautiful heritage. There will be traditional food, beautiful dancing (by trained dancers) and henna artists.
