This lemon and cranberry punch is the perfect holiday drink, blending tart citrus with sweet, festive berries. Its vibrant flavor and cheerful color make it a delightful centerpiece for any celebration.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Bottle of Champagne
1 64 oz. bottle of cranberry juice
1 cup of sugar
1 frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Water to preferences
Garnishes: lemon slices, cranberries, fresh rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS:
Lightly coat the inside of a Bundt pan with unflavored cooking spray and fill to top with water (leaving about an inch). Add cranberries and rosemary and freeze for about 5 hours. For the punch, combine cranberry juice, sugar and juice concentrates. Add 2 cups of water (to taste) and bottle of Champagne. Next, slide in ice (after letting it rest out of the freezer for 10 minutes). Finish by adding fresh garnishes.
