Fresh chopped ginger

6 mint leaves

Paloma:

1/2 cup pomegranate juice

1/3 cup grapefruit juice

1 ounce fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons ginger syrup

2 ounces tequila

ginger beer or soda water

Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil and add honey and ginger. Remove from heat. Add mint, cover and steep for 10 minutes.
