There is nothing like soaking in a hot tub to ease worries and relax the mind and spirit. Mix the recipes below and fill a muslin tea bag. Drop it in a bath of hot water and let the mixture infuse before taking a dip.

2 tablespoons mint leaves
2 tablespoons dried basil
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
Several dried orange peels

2 tablespoons dried lavender
2 tablespoons chamomile flowers
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
3 tablespoons Epsom salts
