MINT MOCKJITO

Mint growing in the garden or patio pots? Pinch it off fresh or keep cuttings in a glass of filtered water in the fridge, along with some sliced limes so that you are always ready for a cool drink at the end of the day.
Muddled mint mixed with minerals and electrolytes hydrate and refresh without all the sugar and additives.
Grab a stainless steel cup and fill with lots of ice. Add TOPO Chico (or your choice of sparkling mineral water) over ice and muddled mint. Roll the mint between your hands to release its oil. Next, add a squeezed lime wedge and sprinkle of salt and finish with drop of liquid Stevia (optional).
