Leave it to the master of modernity, Gregory Hudgins, to create this chic arrangement using tropical and long-lasting pincushion protea and variegated flax leaves. Gregory uses an abstract Italian handmade glass vase, blown to look like a rose stem. The vivid yellow glass picks up the chartreuse of the variegated flax and the saffron hues of the unusual protea. The proteas other-worldly sage green/grey foliage creates a starburst-like balance to the strongly vertical arrangement.
