Presto Pesto
This classic pesto recipes combines fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper for a delicious sauce or spread.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
2 cups of fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup pine nuts
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
Place basil leaves and pine nuts into the food processor and pulse. Add garlic and Parmesan and pulse several more times, making sure to scrape the sides.While processor is running, slowly add in olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
